Introducing The Cast Of Netflix' New Reality Show, Buying Beverly Hills

If you are eagerly anticipating the new season of Selling Sunset, there is another show about high-end real estate for you. Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills, about a luxe real estate agency is set to become your new favorite reality show.
Described by Netflix as a “new real estate occu-soap,” the show follows the agents and clients of The Agency in Beverly Hills, California. It mainly centers on the CEO and founder of the successful brokerage Mauricio Umansky, who is married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
The show details the high-end real estate, with listings up to $139 million appearing on the show, as well as the lives of the brokers and the behind-the-scenes drama of the brokerage.
Here are the cast of Buying Beverly Hills and where you have probably seen them before:
11 Mauricio Umansky
Mauricio Umansky is the CEO of The Agency, but you will likely know him better as the husband of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG star Kyle Richards.
Mauricio is one of the most successful realtors in the country, and worked his way up through the industry. He has achieved nearly $4 billion in real estate sales and holds the distinction of selling the most homes in the USA priced above $20M.
10 Farrah Brittany
Real Housewives fans will recognize Farrah as Kyle’s eldest daughter. She helped her stepdad, Mauricio, in founding The Agency, and before becoming an agent, she served as the director of client relations.
Farrah is engaged to her boyfriend, Alex Manos, an event which will be featured during the first season of Buying Beverly Hills.
9 Alexia Umansky
Twenty-six-year-old Alexia is Kyle and Mauricio’s first daughter together. Using her degree in market communication from Emerson University, she helps reach clients with her social media skills. She has spoken in length about idolizing her father, and how she used to shadow him at work.
Much of the first series of Buying Beverly Hills is dedicated to Alexia learning how to stand on her feet and whether she can really make it in the cutthroat industry.
8 Santiago Arana
Santiago Arana is a partner at The Agency and one of these few family members who already has Mauricio's respect.
Ranked the 6th best real estate agent in the country, Santiago Arana has closed billions of dollars of real estate across Los Angeles and is know for being leaders in the industry.
7 Ben Belack
Ben Belack’s self-described claim to fame is being one of The Agency’s most social media-savvy senior agents. You may have seen his rather cheesy real estate videos
Before he entered the world of real estate, Ben appeared as an actor in series like Jane the Virgin and Veronica Mars in guest starring roles.
6 Joey Ben-Zvi
Joey Ben-Zvi is another new junior agent, but he has been involved with the Umansky family since he was young. He and Alexia have been friends since middle school and, as the trailer hints, it’s possible there were some romantic feelings between the pair.
Joey grew up next to Beverly Hills in Brentwood, has been with The Agency since 2018, and co-founded his BZP Group in 2021. Aside from a career in real estate, he is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, worked as a summer intern for the Institute of Myeloma and Bone Cancer while still in school and co-founded Plus Prosthetics with his friends in March 2013.
5 Jon Grauman
Jon Grauman is a senior agent who uses his skills to help junior agents. While Jon is one of the top-selling realtors in Los Angeles, he started out in the music industry. He is married to Lauren Grauman, who also appears as a broker on the show.
Prior to real estate, Jon had a career in the music business, working as an A&R Director, Artist Manager, Tour Manager and Promoter with such artists as Guns N’ Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, Marilyn MansonMark Foster (Foster The People) and Mixmaster Mike (Beastie Boys).
4 Brandon Graves
Brandon Graves is one of the newer people to the industry after years as a professional dancer.
Brandon was once a principal dancer for the NBA and WNBA. He also worked in the private healthcare industry.
3 Allie Lutz Rosenberger
Before she was a senior agent, wife and mom of three, Allie Lutz appeared on a few episodes of The Hills. She appeared on three episodes of Season 6 of the MTV reality series The Hills back in 2010.
In January 2013, her Hills co-star and high school sweetheart Doug Reinhardt proposed to her on a yacht. They had ended their engagement by September the same year.
Allie is married to Keegan Rosenberger, the co-founder and CEO of Calvary Media, a media production and talent management company who have produced major projects like the Fifty Shades trilogy, House of Cards and The Social Network.
2 Melissa Platt
Melissa Platt is Farrah's best friend and confidant. She has a public relations and fashion background, which allows her to pick the best real estate for her clients.
According to trailers Melissa gets herself in a clash over Alexia's place at The Agency.
1 Sonika Vaid
You may have seen Sonika Vaid on TV before as she was a finalist on American Idol Season 15. Following her appearance on the reality show, the Buying Beverly Hills cast member released her own music but soon discovered her passion for real estate.
She started working for The Agency in 2019 as an executive assistant and was soon promoted to junior real estate agent
